SnapZilla is a photography service based in Plymouth, Devon, operated by Ashleigh.
We are the data controller for all personal data collected in connection with our services.
We photograph at the following venues and locations across Plymouth. This list includes licensed nightlife venues as well as locations that may host family or community events where children and families may be present.
When you visit snapzilla.co.uk, our platform (Pixieset) may collect technical data including your IP address, browser type, and device information, as well as cookies and usage data.
SnapZilla photographs people at the venues listed above. If you are photographed, your image may be uploaded to our Pixieset gallery and made available for purchase. Photography is always conducted openly by staff in SnapZilla-branded clothing. You are never obligated to be photographed or to purchase an image.
At venues or events where children and families may be present, we take additional care. We will not photograph anyone who appears to be under 18 without clear parental or guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian and would like an image of your child removed, please contact us immediately and we will delete it without question.
If you contact us by phone, email, Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp, we will collect your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
